Participant
Required for full participation in the Bankruptcy Court for the Western
District of Michigan. If you are already a registered ECF filer in
another U.S. Bankruptcy district, you may fill out the Registration and
Training Class Waiver form listed below.

Required for filing proofs of claim, creditor request for notices and/or
notices of appearance, withdrawals or transfers of claim and
reaffirmation agreements. If you are already a registered ECF
filer in another U.S. Bankruptcy district, you may fill out the
Registration and Training Class Waiver form listed below.

If you are already a registered ECF filer in another U.S. Bankruptcy district, you are
not required to complete a training course. This form allows the
registrant to select either Full Participant or Limited Use
Participant access.
