The Court is now offering On-line training.  To obtain an on-line training packet, please email ecftrainingmiwb@miwb.uscourts.gov.  Please include the following information in your email: name, address, phone number, email address, Bar ID and whether you primarily represent creditors or debtors  (if you are a staff member taking the training on behalf of an attorney, please include the attorney(s) name).  Also available is an on-line CBT to preview the ECF (Electronic Case Filing) system.  The CBT is available here.

PLEASE NOTE:
Registrants must meet both the system requirements as well as the necessary skills listed on the skills checklist prior to taking on-line training.  Upon completion of on-line training and exercises, a registration form must then be completed in order to receive a CM/ECF login and password.
