Training may be waived if you currently e-file in another Bankruptcy District.  To waive the training requirement:

• Obtain a username and login through PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records).  After a PACER account has been established, registrants may request access to file electronically in this court.

• Register to e-file and include the following additional information:
  • Attorneys: in the "Additional Filer Information" section of the e-file registration page, select the court that you currently e-file in from the drop-down menu.  In order to waive our training requirement, you must indicate which court that you currently e-file in from this list.
  • Creditor representatives: in the "Additional Filer Information" section of the e-file registration page, type the name of the court that you currently e-file with in the "Other Names Used" field.  In order to waive our training requirement, you must indicate which court that you currently e-file in.
