Electronic Filing of Proof of Claim (ePOC) (No Login Required)

Proofs of claim in all cases and chapters can now be filed electronically without a login/password through the Court’s website. ePOC will automatically prepare the official Bankruptcy Proof of Claim (B10) form based upon the information entered into the program. The Court strongly encourages creditors to utilize this fast, free and efficient method of filing their proofs of claim.
Prior to filing your proof of claim, please have the following information ready:
-- Case Number 
-- The address(s) where notices from the Court and payments from the Trustee should be sent (if different than the noticing address)
-- Claim Amount 
-- Supporting documentation (if any) in pdf format with personal identifiers properly redacted (Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9037(a) and LBR 9037-1(a))

Penalty for filing fraudulent claim:  Fine of up to $500,000 or imprisonment for up to 5 years, or both.  11 U.S.C. §§ 152 and 3571.
