The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan is proposing amendments to certain local rules and are circulating the proposed amendments to the bar for comment. The changes have been provisionally approved by the Bankruptcy Judges.
Comments must be in writing and directed to the Clerk of Court:
