Information created and maintained on this system is assumed to be created in the course of performance of official duties and may be federal records. Everything on the system is duplicated daily in routine backup. The system is monitored to protect against its unauthorized use and for maintenance. Should official need for access to system data arise, it will be provided upon application of an appropriate official.

Anyone accessing and using this system expressly consents to system monitoring and to official access to data created by them on this system. If evidence of unauthorized or criminal activity is discovered, it may be provided to law enforcement officials.
