Debtors may pay filing fees online for individual Chapter 7 and 13 cases using a debit card or via ACH (electronically from banking account).  NOTE: The online payment program cannot be used for Chapter 13 plan payments to the trustee.

The online payment system you are using is ONLY for payment of filing fees due to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan.  This is ONLY for cases pending in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Traverse City, or Marquette.  If your case is not pending in one of these locations, do not proceed with this payment as you will be paying the wrong court.  If you have any question about where your case is pending, please contact the court at (616) 456-2693 before submitting your online payment.
