On-line training is required* prior to becoming a registered e-filer.  To obtain an on-line training packet, please email ecftrainingmiwb@miwb.uscourts.gov and include the following information in your email:

• Attorneys: name, address, phone number, email address, Bar ID and whether you primarily represent creditors or debtors.  If you are a staff member taking the training on behalf of an attorney, please include the attorney(s) name as well.
• Creditor representatives: creditor name, individual representative's name, address, phone number, and email address.

* Training may be waived if you currently e-file in another Bankruptcy District.

Filing a Proof of Claim (Registration NOT required) - It is no longer necessary to have a CM/ECF Login & Password to file either a proof of claim or amended claim.  For more information and instructions on how to utilize this feature, please go to Electronic Filing of Proof of Claim (ePOC) Instructions.
