The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan is accepting applications for the position of Clerk of Court.  The Clerk of Court is a high-level management position which functions under the direction of the Chief Judge in consultation with the court’s other judges.  The Clerk is responsible for managing the administrative activities of the Clerk’s office, performing the statutory duties of the office, and serving as a liaison with members of the bar and public.
