The Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan is scheduled to upgrade its Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system to version 5.3. During this upgrade, the CM/ECF system will be unavailable starting at 5:00 PM on Friday, January 3, 2020 through 8:00 AM Monday, January 6, 2020.
This upgrade consists mainly of certain security and technical updates and will affect Pay.gov receipts. The option to receive an email from Pay.gov will no longer be available. Instead, receipts may be obtained by clicking on “print a copy of your transaction receipt” at the end of the payment transaction.
ATTENTION BANKRUPTCY SOFTWARE USERS: Prior to the Courts upgrade of CM/ECF, please be sure to contact your software vendor to ensure you have the most recent version. However, it is important that the new software is not utilized until the Court has upgraded to CM/ECF version 5.3.
