The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan is proposing amendments to certain local rules and are requesting that the proposed amendments be circulated to the bar for comment.  The changes have been provisionally approved by the Bankruptcy Judges. 

Comments with respect to the amendments must be made in writing and sent to the Clerk of Court:

The deadline for comments is January 16, 2019.  The proposed amendments will not become effective until adopted by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan.
