On December 1, 2025, the following Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, Official Bankruptcy Forms, and Director’s Bankruptcy Forms will be amended or adopted:

• Bankruptcy Rules 3002.1 and 8006;
• Official Form 410C13-M1 (new form), 410C13-M1R (new form), 410C13-N (new form), 410C13-NR (new form), 410C13-M2 (new form), 410C13-M2R (new form), and 410S1; and
• Director’s Forms 2000, 2030, and 4100C (new form).

In addition, the Court has issued an Administrative Order, also effective December 1, 2025, revising Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013 to conform with amended Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3002.1.
