The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan will be upgrading its Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system to Next Generation CM/ECF (NextGen).  NextGen will allow registered electronic filers to maintain a single login and password for PACER access and electronic filing in all NextGen federal courts (i.e. appellate, bankruptcy and district courts) in which the filers are registered.  More detailed information will be made available within the coming months so stay tuned!
