NOTICE OF ROTATION OF JUDGES

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that effective January 1, 2024, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan will reassign its judges among the five courthouses as part of the Court’s periodic docket rotation. With limited exceptions for proceedings commenced before January 1, 2024, dockets will be divided among the judges as follows:

• Judge Dales, Judge Gregg, and Judge Boyd will continue to divide all proceedings assigned to the Grand Rapids docket.
• Judge Dales will handle all proceedings assigned to the Kalamazoo docket.
• Judge Gregg will handle all proceedings assigned to the Lansing docket.
• Judge Boyd will continue to handle all proceedings assigned to the Traverse City docket.
• Judge Boyd will handle all proceedings assigned to the Marquette docket.

Interested parties should consult the CM/ECF or PACER docket to determine which judge is assigned to a particular proceeding.
