Please be advised that Administrative Order 2019-1 was signed adopting revised local bankruptcy rules effective February 1, 2019.  These revised rules supercede any local rules effective prior thereto and shall apply to all proceedings in bankruptcy cases thereafter commenced and, insofar as just and practicable, all proceedings then pending.  The rules, as amended, are available on the court's website (www.miwb.uscourts.gov). 

Attention Bankruptcy Software Users:  Please be sure to contact your software vendor so that your software program may be updated to meet the new requirements of the revised Local Rule 9011.
