The Court's Memorandum Regarding Allowance of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses for Professionals Under 11 U.S.C. Section 330(a) has been updated.  The effective date of the updated Memorandum is January 1, 2024.  The changes to the Memorandum are based on the increases in the Consumer Price Index for years 2021-2023.  The Local Rules have also been updated to incorporate the revised Memorandum.  The updated Memorandum and Local Rules can be found at the links in this post and on the Court's website.
