Congress has not enacted legislation funding judiciary operations for fiscal year 2026.  Effective January 31, 2026, the judiciary is experiencing a lapse in appropriations.  During this lapse, the Court will remain open for business, although staffing furloughs and other austerity measures may result in disruption of some services.  The Clerk's office will maintain normal business hours, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  Hearings will proceed as scheduled.
